Call Forwarding sends inbound calls from your Salesfinity number directly to your preferred phone number—so you can answer on your mobile, desk phone, or any number you choose.
🛠️ How to Set It Up (Step-by-Step)
Go to your Settings page
Click on the Account section
Find the Forwarding Phone Number section
Click Edit, then enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
Hit Save — you're all set!
