Overview

Salesfinity allows you to create targeted follow-up lists based on call dispositions and other filters. This feature helps you efficiently manage callbacks and follow-ups and organize your calling strategy based on previous call outcomes.

Step-by-Step Guide

Accessing Call History

  1. Navigate to the Analytics section

  2. Select "Call History"

  3. You'll see a complete list of your previous calls with their dispositions

Using Filters for Custom Lists

  1. Click on the Filter option in Call History

  2. You can filter by:

    1. Call Disposition (No-answer, Voicemail, Interested, Not Interested, etc.)

    2. Date Range

    3. Team Members (if applicable)

    4. Campaign Names

    5. Phone Numbers Used

Creating Your Follow-up List

  1. Apply your desired filters

  2. Review the filtered results

  3. Click "Export to Dialer" button at the top of the page

  4. Your new call list will be automatically created in the dialer

Following Up on No-Answers

  1. Select "No-answer" disposition

  2. Choose your desired date range

  3. Click "Export to Dialer"

  4. Start calling these contacts at a different time

  1. Filter for "Voicemail" disposition
