Your Dialer Preferences panel lets you fully customize how you want to dial—whether you're power dialing, parallel dialing with AI, or managing voicemails and call recording. Here’s a breakdown of everything you can control and how to use it effectively.
📞 AI Parallel Dialing
Turn this on to enable AI-powered simultaneous dialing. You can choose how many people the system should dial at once (up to 5).
When someone answers, Salesfinity’s AI detects it’s a human and connects you immediately.
If two people pick up at the same time, you’ll be auto-connected to the first person, and the other calls will be automatically dropped to avoid overlap.
Recommended Setting: Start with 2-3 parallel dials for balance between volume and control.
🤖 SmartFlow (Optional)
Turn on SmartFlow to let AI decide whether to use power dialing or parallel dialing based on contact quality (P1, P2, P3). This adapts in real time to optimize connects and reduce dropped calls.
🔔 Connection Beep Alert
Enable this to get a soft audio beep when you reach a live human. It’s helpful so you’re immediately aware you’re live, even before you hear “hello.”
🎙️ Microphone & Speaker Settings
Choose your preferred input/output devices:
Microphone – e.g., MacBook mic or external headset
Speaker – e.g., Bluetooth headphones or default system audio
Adjust these for the clearest sound quality during live calls.
🎥 Call Recording
You can enable or disable Call Recording at any time:
Choose whether to record both sides or just your side of the conversation
Ensure you’re compliant with local laws and get proper consent where required
Admins can also set this to Mandatory, Optional, or Disabled per user.
📤 Voicemail Drop
If you reach a voicemail and can’t talk, this feature lets you auto-drop a pre-recorded voicemail without wasting time.
Setup:
Record a voicemail in Manage Voicemails
Select the message in the Voicemail Drop dropdown
Make sure AI Dialing is enabled—voicemails are only auto-dropped during AI dialing
🔁 Multi-Number Dialing
If a contact has multiple numbers (e.g., mobile, direct, office), enable this to sequentially dial each number before moving on to the next contact.
This is ideal for reaching hard-to-connect prospects.
🔢 SmartRotate
If you're using multiple caller IDs, enable SmartRotate to:
Automatically rotate numbers every X calls
Reduce the chance of being flagged as spam
Improve pickup rates and number reputation
