📊 What You’re Seeing at the Top
At the top of the dashboard you’ll find a List Score and several high-level metrics:
List Score: A performance indicator that summarizes how the selected list performed overall during the chosen timeframe.
Dials: Total number of calls placed.
Connects: Total number of live answers received.
Conversations: Total number of meaningful interactions with prospects.
Meetings: Total number of meetings successfully booked.
Each of these metrics includes a “vs Benchmark” comparison showing how your performance compares to historical averages or organizational expectations.
