Available Regions

Salesfinity provides local phone numbers in the following regions (subject to availability):

North America

- United States (US)
- Canada (CA)

Europe

- United Kingdom (UK)
- Greece (GR)
- Denmark (Danish numbers)
- Netherlands (Dutch numbers)
- Sweden (SE)

Oceania

- Australia (AU)

Using Your Own Numbers

Bring Your Own Number (BYON)

- Connect your existing business phone numbers to Salesfinity
- Supported for any region, including those not listed above
- Example: French numbers can be connected as caller IDs even though we don't provide French numbers directly

BYON Benefits

1. Maintain existing business presence
2. Use numbers from regions not currently in our inventory
3. Leverage established number reputation
4. Keep consistent caller IDs across platforms

Important Notes

Availability

- Number availability varies by region and time
- Some areas may have limited inventory
- Contact support for current availability in specific regions

US and Canadian Numbers

  1. Navigate to Dialer Preferences

  2. Click on "Manage Phone Numbers"

  3. Enter your preferred area code

  4. Get numbers for your selected area

International Numbers and BYON

For all other supported regions (UK, AU, GR, Danish, Dutch, SE) or to connect your own numbers:

  1. Contact Salesfinity Support or your Customer Success Manager

  2. Provide your number requirements or existing numbers

  3. Our team will assist with:

    • Get local numbers

    • Connection/Integration setup

    • Answer any technical and non technical questions

Next Steps

Once your numbers are provisioned and cleaned:

  1. Check number status in Dialer Preferences

  2. Set up number rotation (recommended)

  3. Begin your calling campaigns
