Essential Networking Recommendations and Whitelisting for Salesfinity Users

To ensure an optimal experience with Salesfinity, it is important to configure your network settings appropriately. This document provides the recommended steps for whitelisting and security settings as they related to our use of Twilio services.

If you require further assistance or clarification, please don't hesitate to create a ticket for our Customer Support Team.

Networking Considerations:

Updating your network to accommodate Salesfinity services will help avoid any disruptions in communication. As we use Twilio as our telecom provider, the following changes are crucial for maintaining seamless experience:

  1. Addition to Firewall Rules:

    • Incorporate the IP range 168.86.128.0/18 into your firewall's allowlist. This step is vital for establishing a connection with Twilio's services.

  2. UDP Traffic Configuration:

    • Permit outbound UDP traffic from the mentioned IP range across ports 10000-60000. These ports are utilized for the transport of real-time voice data essential for our dialer software.

A Note on Microphone Access:

For the successful operation of Salesfinity's in-browser dialer, please ensure that users' browsers are set to grant microphone access.

Additional Support:

Our dedicated Customer Support Team is ready to offer guidance throughout this update process. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please create a support ticket using our live-chat or email us at [email protected]

We appreciate your attention to these guidelines, which will help maintain the high performance and reliability you expect from Salesfinity’s services.
