Salesfinity’s AI Training Bots let your team practice cold calling without calling real prospects. These bots simulate lifelike conversations with realistic buyers — complete with objections, pain points, and personalities — so SDRs can sharpen their skills, test scripts, and build confidence before going live.

🎯 What Are AI Training Bots?

AI Training Bots are custom-built virtual prospects that behave just like real decision-makers in your target audience.
Each bot has unique attributes — title, industry, personality, objection style, and difficulty — allowing SDRs to practice handling real-world scenarios safely.

You can:

  • Practice cold call openers

  • Train objection handling

  • Refine call scripts and tonality

  • Coach new reps on persona-specific selling

⚙️ How to Create an AI Training Bot

Creating your own persona is simple and highly customizable.

Step 1: Click “Create Persona”

Go to AI Training → Create Persona

Step 2: Fill in Persona Details

Under Identity & Role, enter details like:

  • Name – Prospect name (e.g., “Priya Nair”)

  • Job Title – Role (e.g., “CFO,” “Head of Sales”)

  • Company – Organization name

  • Role in Buying – Decision Maker, Influencer, or Gatekeeper

  • About – Background info or personality description

  • Company Details – Industry, size, and market context

Step 3: Define the Business Context

Help your AI persona sound real by defining:

  • Pain Points – e.g., “High costs, inefficient processes”

  • Priorities – e.g., “Reduce costs, improve efficiency”

  • Market Context – e.g., “Budget freeze, scaling fast”

This helps Salesfinity simulate realistic business conversations.

Step 4: Customize Simulation Settings

Under Simulation Settings, set:

  • Objective/Training Goal – e.g., “Book a meeting” or “Handle time objections”

  • Difficulty Level – Easy, Medium, or Hard

  • Objection Focus & Frequency – Choose what types of objections to train (budget, timing, interest, etc.)

Step 5: Configure Persona Behavior

Fine-tune your training bot’s personality:

  • Product Awareness – None / Low / High

  • Competitor Bias – Neutral / Favors Competitor

  • Politeness & Mood – Friendly / Neutral / Frustrated

  • Communication Style – Direct / Indirect

  • Distractions – None / Interruptions / Busy tone

When finished, click Create. Your new AI training persona is ready!

📞 How to Start a Training Session

  1. Go to AI Training

  2. Select a persona from your list

  3. Click Start Call

You’ll be connected instantly to your AI prospect.
They’ll answer, push back, and interact just like a real human would.

🧩 Reviewing Coaching History

After your call, visit Coaching History to see:

  • Call outcomes

  • Duration

  • Persona type and difficulty

  • Dispositions (e.g., “Meeting Set,” “Not Interested”)

  • Pain points discussed

This helps you identify trends, track progress, and focus coaching on specific weaknesses.

🧠 Best Practices

  • Start with easy personas, then progress to harder ones

  • Create different personas for each buyer type (CFO, CTO, Head of Marketing)

  • Use your real call scripts for consistent training

  • Review every session with your manager or coach

  • Practice daily — 10–15 minutes of AI training improves real call performance drastically
