How to Set Up Local Phone Numbers in Salesfinity

Setup Local Phone Numbers

Local phone numbers for supported countries are added by the Salesfinity support team on your behalf. To request numbers, reach out to the Salesfinity support team and provide the following details:

  1. The country or countries you need numbers for.

  2. The number of phone numbers you need per country.

  3. The user(s) the numbers should be assigned to.

The following countries are currently available for local numbers:

  • United Kingdom

  • Germany

  • Netherlands

  • Sweden

  • Australia

  • Brazil

Once added, numbers will appear in your phone number management section within the platform.

Usage

There is no additional cost for adding local numbers to your account. If you need numbers for countries not listed above (such as Denmark, Norway, or Finland), these can be ported into Salesfinity from an external provider. Contact the support team for guidance on how to port numbers in from another provider.

If a number you are using has been flagged as spam, you can request replacement numbers from the support team at any time.
