Q1: Do calls get logged back to my CRM?


A: Yes, all integrations we support are bi-directional. After completing a call, you’ll need to choose a call disposition. You can also add optional notes and generate a call summary with a single click. Once you log the call, your call task will be completed, and the call disposition, along with any notes, will be sent back to your CRM/SEP.

Q2: How do I redial a prospect?

A: If a prospect cancels the call and you want to redial, there's a "Redial" option on the connected call screen

Q3: Can I integrate multiple CRMs with Salesfinity?
A: Yes, Salesfinity supports integration with multiple CRMs. You can connect each CRM individually and once connected, you can seamlessly import call tasks and make calls.

Q4: What are the import limits for HubSpot call tasks?

A: There's a limit of 300 call tasks per import when importing from HubSpot. This limit applies specifically to call tasks not lists. For optimal performance, we recommend importing HubSpot lists instead of individual call tasks.
