What Nurture AI does

Every time you're on a call, Salesfinity is listening for follow-up signals — the "not right now," the "circle back in a few weeks," the "send me something and let's talk after Q3."

When it hears one, it does three things automatically:

  1. Flags the prospect as a follow-up opportunity.

  2. Captures the context — what they said and why it matters.

  3. Logs it as a task in your Nurture AI section.

You didn't have to take a note. You didn't have to set a reminder. The AI caught it so it doesn't fall through the cracks.

Finding your follow-up tasks

Open the Nurture AI section from the left-hand navigation.

What you're looking at is a list of follow-up tasks that were created automatically by the AI — not by you. These are prospects who, somewhere on a previous call, gave you an opening worth coming back to.

What's inside a task

Click into any task on the list. You'll see three things:

  • The prospect's information — who they are and how to reach them.

  • What they said on the call — the actual moment that triggered the follow-up.

  • Why the AI flagged them — the reason this is a real opportunity and not noise.

That last piece is what turns a follow-up into a warm follow-up. You're not walking in blind. You know exactly where you left off.

How to use it: a real example

Say a prospect tells you:

"Not right now — we're in the middle of evaluating something else. Maybe call me back in a few weeks."

Nurture AI catches that and logs it. So when the follow-up date comes around, you're not starting from scratch. You open the task, see the context, and you can pick up the thread:

"Hey — I know last time you were in the middle of an evaluation. Where did things land?"

That's not a cold call anymore. That's a warm, informed follow-up — and that's the kind of conversation that actually converts.
