Need to remove someone from your Salesfinity account? Whether someone’s left the team or just isn’t dialing anymore, deactivating a user is fast and frees up their license for someone else.
✅ What Happens When You Deactivate a User?
Their license becomes available to reassign
They lose access to the platform immediately
Their call history and data are still retained for reporting
🛠️ How to Deactivate a User
Go to Settings
Click the People tab
Locate the person you want to deactivate
Under the Status column, click the dropdown
Change the status from Active to Inactive
That’s it—they’re now deactivated!
🔄 Reassigning the License
Once a user is marked inactive, their license is freed up. You can now:
Invite a new teammate using the “Invite People” button
Reactivate an existing user without needing to buy more licenses
