How to Access and Update Your Billing Information

You can view and manage your billing information — including updating your payment method and viewing invoices — through our billing portal, powered by Stripe.

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Visit the billing portal at billing.stripe.com/p/login/3csg15aZw8VY0N2eUU.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your billing account to receive a login link.

  3. Check your inbox for the login link and use it to access the portal.

Note: The email you use to log in to the app may not be the same as your billing email. If you don't receive a login link, the billing account may be registered under a different email address. Contact our support team and we can look up the correct billing email for your account.

Troubleshooting: Not Receiving the Login Link

If you enter your email but don't receive a login link, it's likely that the billing account is associated with a different email address. This can happen if:

  • Your account was originally set up by a colleague who has since left the company.

  • A different email was used when the subscription was created.

In this case, please reach out to our support team. We can update the billing email on your account so you can gain access using your preferred email address.

What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

Once logged in, you can:

  • Update or swap your payment method

  • View past invoices and billing history

  • Manage other billing details
