Quick Fix: Update Your DNS Settings

If you see an error like This site can’t be reached please follow the steps below to fix it. This is typically a network (WiFi) issue, not a problem with your browser or device.

🍎 On Mac

  1. Open System Settings

  2. Click Network

  3. Select your WiFi

  4. Click Details

  5. Go to the DNS tab

  6. Click the + button and add:

    • 8.8.8.8

    • 8.8.4.4

  7. Click OK → Apply

  8. Refresh the page

🪟 On Windows

  1. Open Control Panel

  2. Click Network & Internet

  3. Click Network and Sharing Center

  4. Click your WiFi network

  5. Click Properties

  6. Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4)

  7. Select Use the following DNS server addresses

  8. Enter:

    • Preferred: 8.8.8.8

    • Alternate: 8.8.4.4

  9. Click OK

  10. Refresh the page

Why This Happens

  1. DNS records expire and refresh automatically

  2. ISPs and networks update filters in the background

  3. Routers can cache bad data without you knowing
