What is the difference between connect rate and conversation rate in analytics?

- Connect rate is when call is at least 15 seconds and calls over 30 seconds are considered as conversation. Also, VMs (voicemails) don't count.

 

How to export/download call history?

- Please go to Analytics page -> Call History section and there you can set some filters to download specific group of people or all call history within specific time frame.
